Summer Concert Series - Free concert, Library Lawn, 6:30 to 8:00pm. In case of rain all concerts will be held in the Town Hall. Please bring a donation for the Clarington Food Bank.

August 12 - 42nd Annual Beef Barbecue at the Orono Park, 4:30pm to 7:00pm. Entertainment, The Jazz Cats. Adults $12, Children 6-12 yrs $6.00. Proceeds to the Orono Arena Fundraising.

August 13 - Summer Flower & Vegetable Show Orono Horticultural Society, Orono United Church. Speaker Linda Paulocik, Parkwood Estates. Topic: Heritage Gardening, slide show and discussion. All welcome!

August 14 - 2nd Annual Antiques and Art Street Festival -Main St., Orono, 10:00am to 4:00pm. We are still looking for artists and antique dealers for this festival. Please contact Annette Gray at Patriot Antiques,
